Where the Fire Finds Balance

The painting process begins with a sketch, sometimes accompanied by poetry, a thought or a vision that inspires me when I immerse myself in the person for whom I am creating the painting.

In my work, I enjoy bringing together the chaotic, abstract and almost incomprehensible with clarity, purity and elegance. At the same time, I like to leave parts of the underlying layers and traces of the creative process visible to the viewer.

For me, these visible layers symbolise exposed vulnerability that is seen, accepted and allowed to exist. They represent depth, transformation and the continuous development of the soul.

The painting depicts a confident and charismatic tiger who knows what he wants and knows who he is. He represents the central energy that I perceived through my own field while connecting with the person for whom the painting was created.

Beside him appears the sun, painted in truly fiery and passionate colours. In the distance stands a tree, symbolising growth, stability, the pillar of life and inner strength. Beneath it is a smaller, softer and more feminine tree, creating a balance between masculine and feminine energy.

The fields, which emerged very spontaneously, also represent balance, fertility, abundance and the potential for growth. Despite the strong presence of fire, there is also a source of water. The blue colour in the background brings a sense of peace, flow and a space in which growth can unfold.

When I paint, I allow emotions and information to rise to the surface so that they can be seen and acknowledged. The painting process therefore becomes a space of inner transformation, unfolding together with the creation of the artwork itself.
