Open Table Talk: What are you building and who is missing from the table?

Most ideas are developed by a small group of people before they reach those who will actually use, join or contribute to them. Open Table Talk is a small, practical conversation for people building something new or trying to improve something that already exists.

Bring one real idea, initiative or challenge. Together we'll explore:

* What are you actually trying to change?

* Who will experience or be affected by it?

* Which perspective might be missing?

* What should you test before moving further into execution?

We'll use the three perspectives behind SoundGarden's Business Curation approach: business, people and creativity.

This is not a webinar and there is no presentation to sit through. The value comes from bringing real situations to the table, asking better questions and learning from each other's perspectives. The group will stay intentionally small so everyone has a chance to contribute. You'll leave with at least one clearer decision, question or next step for what you're building.
